MEDICAL CLINIC
The LEELA MEDICAL CLINIC was launched in 2012 at our Beckbagan premises with a desire to provide medical assistance to underprivileged women & children. We strive to ensure that children's immunisations are carried out in the locality.
This Project is sponsored by Sabena Puri in memory of her loving grandmother Mrs. Leela Nath.
The Clinic Timings which operates three days a week as below:
Monday : 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday : 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Friday : 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Minor health problems are attended to at the clinic whilst patients with major problems are referred to hospitals for investigations and appropriate intervention.
Medicines and medical guidance are provided almost free of cost with a subsidised fee of Rs. 10 for a month.
Our focus is on early intervention and some of the children with special needs have been admitted into our Udaan Programme run in the evenings in our SICW premises.
It gives us a deep sense of satisfaction to expand our services through this clinic for so many deprived of medical help.
