Today Jan Seva has added a new feather to its cap by introducing Jewellery Making as a new subject for Vocational Training for Women! The initiative has been taken by our very own, multi talented Dr. Janak Hartnett, who was assisted by Ms. Twisha Ganguly to buy the instruments and accessories required for this art. A Donor with a Large Heart
Meet Shymoli Das who is a domestic worker in our house hold. Her husband deserted her as she was suffering from T.B. (Tuberculosis), took their son away and went off to Bangladesh! He brought the boy back after 16 years and now she is supporting him and herself! Though she has been through a traumatic life of suffering and separation, her ever loving heart has always been big. First Assessment of the Crèche Children at Jan Seva
The First Assessment of the Crèche Children got over today. 95% of the students attended this assessment. After getting promoted to the new Crèche, this is their first assessment and based on this the child would be guided for further lessons. Exams were held in a separate question paper, set from the prescribed syllabus. #Creche #Education
