Creche Children celebrate Raksha Bandhan at Jan Seva
Children of Jan Seva celebrated Raksha Bandhan with their own siblings who come to attend creche. The sisters tied the sacred delicate thread around their wrist of their own brothers and prayed for their well being and good health. Gifts were distributed among the children. Rakhi Celebrations by Children of Udaan at Jan Seva
Today we celebrated 'Rakhi' festival in 'UDAAN'. This is a festival where the sister makes the brother wear a colorful friendship band known as 'Rakhi' on his right wrist and in return he promises to protect his sister throughout his life and also gives her a gift! You can see the happy faces of our special- needs children wearing bright, colorful 'Rakhi' made out of chart paper, crepe paper, marble paper, ribbons and sequins. These 'rakhis' are made by our tiny-tots with gui
